Tool solution for fuselage -- Components are made of  CFRP

The fuselage is the main component of an aircraft, the wings, tail, landing gear（almost all parts）are mostly attached to the fuselage. In terms of aerodynamics, the requirements for fuselage are minimize windward area, smooth surface and streamline the shape without sharp corners and gaps, in order to minimize drag. It  has to be ensured adequate strength, stiffness and fatigue resistance, and as light as possible.

Today, all kinds of lightweight structural materials are widely used in the manufacture of the fuselage, such as AL, AL-Li alloys, and composites such as CFRP and glass fiber. We develop a variety of high-performance tools and PCD tools, and provide cutting solutions for these components.
