The 8th International Seminar on Modern Cutting and Measurement Engineering（ISMCME 2018） was held at the Harbin Hanlin Tianyue Hotel from August 26 to 28, 2018. Many technical experts and industry elites from domestic and foreign were invited to attend this international conference.

During this event, SNSTC as a sponsor, was invited to participate in, Mr. Sun, business development Director, gave a speech on the Improvement of the Production Quality and Efficiency for Solid Carbide Tool, sharing company’s experience in the production and processing of solid carbide tools.

Mr Sun technically analyzed the advantages of the company's products. GIVEAL series of five-axis CNC tool grinding machine, whose body is made of natural marble, has unique C-type / 7-type column structure, and uses NUM's most advanced control system and software, its processing efficiency, functionality and precision can be completely comparable to imported brands. In particular, SNSTC recently launched TC3 N3, which will push the five-axis CNC tool grinder up to another technology mountain peak.

TC3 N3 can output to 38 kw peak power. The machining tool range in diameter from 0.5 to 32 mm. It is equipped with a 4-station grinding wheel changer, besides, also has a variety of auxiliary functions, like automatic wheel changing, automatic loading and unloading, automatic wheel calibration, achieving the goal of lower production costs and higher tool quality. We believe that this design with many innovative patents will provide a broader space for the development of grinding technology.
